IslamQA contribution operates this website to facilitate voluntary financial support for IslamQA-related work. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the party responsible for operating this site.

Donations are voluntary. Amounts you choose are processed as payments through our checkout. Monthly support, where offered, creates a recurring charge until you cancel in accordance with Stripe and card network rules (contact us if you need help).

Tax and deductibility. We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Whether a contribution is tax-deductible or otherwise favorable for you depends on your circumstances and local law; consult a qualified professional.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your use of Stripe’s services is also subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for Stripe’s systems or policies.

If you have a question about a charge, receipt, or subscription, contact us at support@islamqa-contribution.org. Whether a refund or chargeback is available depends on the payment method, timing, and applicable rules (including card network and Stripe policies).

You agree not to:

• Use the site unlawfully or to harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with the security or availability of the site or related services
• Use automated means to abuse or overload the service

Access to the internal dashboard is limited to authorized users. Credentials must be kept confidential. We may suspend access for security or policy reasons.

The site’s branding, text, and layout are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or exploit them except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

The site and donation flow are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or donations, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred dollars (USD), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

You will defend and indemnify us against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or violation of others’ rights, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require applying another jurisdiction’s laws. Courts in that jurisdiction (or another forum we specify where required) have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice if required by law. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
