Refund and cancellation policy

We aim to handle payment issues for Islamic educational services fairly while respecting card network and payment-provider rules.

One-time payments

If you believe a one-time charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days at support@islamqa-contribution.org. We review requests case by case and aim to acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days.

Recurring billing

Monthly billing is a recurring payment in USD for Islamic educational services. Each successful charge is confirmed by Stripe or PayPal (for example, by receipt email). Future renewals continue until you cancel.

How to cancel. For Stripe card or wallet subscriptions: use the self-service link in your Stripe receipt email to open the Stripe billing portal (Customer Portal) when enabled, or email support@islamqa-contribution.org with the email you used at checkout. For PayPal subscriptions: manage or cancel in your PayPal account.

Cancellation stops future renewals once processed by the payment processor; it does not by itself refund amounts already successfully charged unless a billing error applies. We aim to acknowledge cancellation and billing help requests within 3 business days.

Charge disputes

Your bank or card provider may provide dispute rights. If a chargeback is opened, we will cooperate with the payment processor under its rules.
