Refund and cancellation policy

If you believe a one-time charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days at support@islamqa-contribution.org. We review requests case by case and aim to acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days.

Monthly support can be cancelled at any time from your payment receipts or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges; prior successful charges are generally non-refundable unless an error occurred.

Your bank or card provider may provide dispute rights. If a chargeback is opened, we will cooperate with the payment processor under its rules.
