Please allow a reasonable time for a response. Include as much detail as you can so we can help quickly.
When you contact us about a payment
It helps if you include:
- Whether the gift was one-time or monthly
- The approximate date and amount
- The email address you used for the donation or receipt, if any
- If you have them, the last four digits of the card (never send a full card number by email) or a Stripe receipt identifier
Payment cards and wallets are processed by Stripe. Some questions may need to be resolved through your bank or card issuer under their rules.
Receipts
If you provided an email during checkout, Stripe may send a receipt or payment confirmation. If you need another copy or have a question about billing descriptors on your statement, email support@islamqa-contribution.org with the details above.
Team dashboard access
Authorized team members sign in at /login to access internal contribution metrics for IslamQA contribution. Account access is managed by administrators; use the same support email if you need access changes.
